*Your 'toon' will be produced and sent once payment is received. If you are paying by personal check, we will start on your 'toon' once the check clears (Canadian cheques can take 14 business days to clear. Checks drawn on a US or international bank, however, will take 4 to 6 weeks! In this day and age of instant messaging, we don't understand why this is the standard, but it is. With production & shipping, delivery could take anywhere from 5 to 9 weeks. So, if timing is a concern, please choose the alternate payment methods. Thanks). All forms of payment to be in US or Canadian funds.

**A note to US customers paying via Visa or MasterCard. We have to process the cards through our point of sales machine which must be entered in CDN funds and then reconverted when processed by the issuing US bank branches. Since this can take a few days, and the exchange rate changes every nanosecond, we round down the CDN conversion so that when your bank converts the transaction into US funds, the charge will NEVER be above the quoted price. The resulting action will mean your credit card receipt/invoice will show a total charge less than that on our receipt/invoice. Pretty good deal! Hopefully this won't be an inconvenience. You may blame our respective governments for making cross border commerce difficult!

Once in the mail, depending on the US destination, Expedited shipping takes 11 to 14 business days while Xpresspost shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
