All our covers are printed with pigments on quality photographic paper and should be kept out of direct sunlight to insure years of enjoyment!

Regular Comic Book Covers

The character body types come in a variety of styles & situations. Boys are less "pumped" than men, and girls are less voluptuous than women in typical comic fashion. Many cover situations can accommodate up to 4 likenesses. You choose the issue number, issue date and in most cases, add word balloon text! (please see the individual covers for adornment options). Once you've selected your cover, go to the order form to add your name, word balloon text (if applicable) and other cover adornments.

Classic "Cover Swipe" Comic Covers

You can star in a scene based on classic covers from the past! Here you'll find our parodies of famous cover situations. Each cover includes a reduced version of the original subject cover. In most cases you can add word balloon dialogue.

"From Scratch" Covers

If you have a particular comic book cover in mind and you simply must get; gotta have; can't live without a parody version of that cover, then we can do a 'Cover Swipe' from scratch. However, depending on how busy we are with the regular orders, delivery can take a couple of months. The cost is significantly higher (they're a lotta work!) but you get a lot in return. The reason we can keep the prices reasonable on our regular covers is because all the stages are pre-done - bodies, chest initials, fonts for the heading etc. The main time-consuming graphic is the likeness. "From Scratch" covers take 25 to 30 hrs to complete.

We match the art, heading and logo style, put whatever info you want on it, and set it in a 20" x 24" frame that includes the 10" x 15" pen & ink original art, a full-color actual-size cover version and a reduced replica of the original cover.
